My phone wasn't charging and took it here and there was pocket lint inside the charging port. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Good service and fair price.

Took my phone and Apple Watch to the Apple Store for repair. They insisted on me getting a new phone and watch due to the age of my existing IPhone and Apple Watch. Due to the exorbitant price to replace, decided to take items to Phone Repairs + in the Northlake mall. The quality of work performed was amazing and the prices were well within my budget. I would highly recommend anyone needing their phone or watch repaired to take it to “Phone Repairs +”. Their Customer Service is superb. They also carry a lot of accessories for your phone e and car. These guys are superb they fixed my cracked iPhone 6 s plus screen in 15 minutes and I also had a backlight issue they fixed for free without me asking! 150 dollars saved. They are the truth. My second time using them. Don't hesitate to used them you will be happy.

I had a really great experience with Phone Repairs Plus & really appriciate their honestly and courtesy. I brought my phone in thinking the microphone needed to be replaced and as it turns out that wasn't needed. They checked the settings, cleaned it and tested it and it was good as new. There was no charge and I'm so thankful to have found such a friendly and honest shop right in Northlake Mall.
