I had a really great experience with Phone Repairs Plus & really appriciate their honestly and courtesy. I brought my phone in thinking the microphone needed to be replaced and as it turns out that wasn't needed. They checked the settings, cleaned it and tested it and it was good as new. There was no charge and I'm so thankful to have found such a friendly and honest shop right in Northlake Mall.

Took my phone and Apple Watch to the Apple Store for repair. They insisted on me getting a new phone and watch due to the age of my existing IPhone and Apple Watch. Due to the exorbitant price to replace, decided to take items to Phone Repairs + in the Northlake mall. The quality of work performed was amazing and the prices were well within my budget. I would highly recommend anyone needing their phone or watch repaired to take it to “Phone Repairs +”. Their Customer Service is superb. They also carry a lot of accessories for your phone e and car. This guy is awesome! He handled every single question I asked (and trust me, I was asking away). The prices and repair times are very reasonable! Here are some estimates to give you an idea : ~ $150 for the back of an iPhone (3 hrs) ~$50 for an iPhone lens (30-45 mins) I had a variety of issues on 2 different phones, but ended up doing a cracked lens repair and am very happy. Definitely recommend!!
